Old School
Cheer Alumni, Brett, 'Nuke', and RandiSue come home for Homecoming. Ah the memories, like when the girls locked Brett out of the van when it was so cold that night, or when they spat in his Coke. Or the time on Halloween night when he jumped out of the trees and they thought he was Bigfoot and screamed! Good times.
Just so Kensie doesn't have to feel so singled out, here's another video. Randi can still dance the fight song. She literally will cheer in her sleep, or so she claims. To add injury to insult, Coach forgot that he can't hold the camera sideways for videos until the song was about done.
SHOOT; Obviously the video didn't upload right. Did you curse me, Randi?
Never fear- I shall RE-upload it bright and early on Monday morning, heh heh heh (maniacal laugh).
Thanks Rand.
Love you kids (now College-type grown-ups)!
Pep Rally
Miranda Willis took this picture with the beat-up old yearbook camera. Look close, at first glance a photography critic would complain about how yellow the floor is or how she could've gotten a lot closer on at least one of the girls or something, but come on! How often do you get a shot with the entire squad in the AIR! Way cool ladies. Great job today, by the way.
Keep Watch
Watch your thoughts, they become words.
Watch your words, they become actions.
Watch your actions, they become habits.
Watch your habits, they become your character.
Watch your character, it becomes your destiny.
Fight Song
Sorry to embarrass ya Juice, but future generations of Bulldog Cheerleaders will now be able to watch this video over and over again until they've learned the fight-song dance.

Middle School FB v. Logan-Magnolia
Josie had volleyball, Kayla had grades, and Holy just seems to have had it with cheerleading, so with Christian sick, all we had left were Danielle and Samantha. But they did just great. Any time you're not afraid to get up there when there's only two of you, you're doing pretty good to begin with. I'm really proud of them.

Awesome Job Sunday Night
Thank you- Dang, ladies, that 'Do ya wanna get down?' chant was SPECTACULAR! You couldn't make me more proud.
Seriously, I love this squad SO much!
FYI- Coach Pete was Okay fine with y'all riding on the Fire Engine in the parade- thought I should tell you that.
This week's agenda-
- Chants you want to do for the big rally
- Practice chants & maybe an 8-Count Drill to get you both more synchronized and less rusty on chants
- Run-Thru
- Stunts, including cradle (don't be scared Kens)
- Other discussions; Cheer alumni 'groupies,' boys, JrHi, and probably a couple of more items too sensitive for email
- Coach is gone Tuesday 9/25 to the JrHi Game
- Coach is gone Wednesday 9/26 to take Gracie to eye therapy in Omaha
- So, we HAVE to practice Mon & Thurs and you probably should try to Tues & Wed w/o me.

Here's a couple that I forgot were on the camera
Christian wore himself out during practice. Wore himself out! During PRACTICE! Is that dedication, or is that dedication!
Sundays; Open invetation
Weekends; Open invitation
I generally try to observe the separation of Church and State, unlike a lot of Christians, I think it's actually a pretty good idea. Be that as it may, I do want to offer a standing open invitation to anyone who ever wants to come check out the high school Bible study that I lead every Sunday morning at 9 in the basement kitchen at St John Lutheran Church in Charter Oak.
Click here to see the kind of things we cover.
If you're nervous or shy or embarrassed or whatever, don't be. There's no obligations whatsoever. you don't HAVE to stay for church, upstairs at 10, to bring any money for an offering, or even to come back if you decide you don't like it. Just follow HWY L51 into Charter Oak, you can park by the back and come in through the back door on the North West corner, keep coming through the room with the refrigerator, water heater and trash cans and I'll be there to your left at the end of the kitchen table.
Right now we're studying Jesus' Sermon on the Mount in Matthew 5-7. In October we'll start on how to think positive and try to fight off depression with Paul's letter to the Philippians.
Everyone is always welcome, but I'll never try to force my beliefs on you in school, but I'm always here if you need someone to pray for you about something.

TUESDAY- NEED HELP
Tomorrow-
TUES Sep 11- No Varsity Practice
I have to pick up my parents at the Omaha Airport
OOPS! I need your help!
Seems they added a game to the MS FB schedule that I didn't know about.
Tomorrow is a HOME game against Oto.
Since I have to go to Omaha, I need Varsity Cheerleaders to supervise Middle Schoolers at the game.
Their behavior is very important, Mr. Straight will not tolerate anything inappropriate.
Please help them do a good job, teach them a lot, and keep them in line.
Thank you,
Coach
