Both for the sake of your voices and FOR your muscles, drink non-sugar/caffeine drinks all day every Friday. ALWAYS BRING A WATER BOTTLE TO EVERY GAME. ALWAYS be sure to stretch good, even if you don't expect to jump or stunt. Finally, drink lots of room-temperature or warm non-sugar/caffeine drinks Friday night after games. Hot lemon water is the best (for healing and re-hydrating, not TASTING).
