Senior Pictures

Mr. Mallory still needs senior pictures for the yearbook from the following students:

Andrew Barksdale, Kayla Donscheski, Seth Elder, Derek “Omar” Erlemeier, Michael Ferguson, Brett Gliem, Nathan Head, Dillion Klein, Jacob Klein, Christopher Malone, Whiney McAllister, Mark Mefferd, Emily Melby, Ashley Reisinger, Chris Reisz, Alisha Steele, James Sullivan, Daniel Swertzic, Chase Thoreson, and Jamie Weverka.

If you do not think that you will be able to get a senior picture in by the end of February, please see Mr. Mallory about setting up an appointment to take your picture for the yearbook. If your name appears on this list, but you have already given a picture to either Mrs. Hanigan or Mrs. Staley, please ask them to be sure that Mr. Mallory is able to scan a copy of the picture you gave them. Thank you.

Tuesday v. Woodbine

Do the Jazz shoes for Drill squad help Kristen kick higher? Only 'Sheri & Julie's Dance and Gymnastics' in Denison know for sure.

More from COU

This was the night we blew away COU- 57-53 in DOUBLE overtime.

Friday night in Charter Oak

How long will we let this rampant knee-kissing go on?!!
Time outs and quarter breaks are a bad time to have to tie your shoes, but a true friend always lends a hand.

Monday's Middle School Game

Don't forget, just because we don't have school- we still have a
basketball game.
Mrs. Marsh is offering kids rides from Dunlap to Dow City when she
leaves at about 3:15
But they canceled the 2:45 shuttle bus because no one had shown up.
Have a great week end and enjoy getting to sleep in on Monday, but
please remember our game!

See you there,
Coach

Masters of the Free-Style

Stand up and cheer, let them know you're here

Hmmm, could be some mascara got into your eye.

Freeze! This is a stick-up.

Middle School finally gets it together

Week of Jan 14-18

  • MON- no practice for either Varsity or MS, I'm driving Rena & Christine to Red Oak for SWIHBA
  • TUE- Home game, if I'm late it's because I have to supervise the MS cheerleaders at their game in Dow City
  • WED- early out, no Varsity practice- unless you really want to work on stunting, but I don't know what they'll have me doing until 3- come to a consensus and let me know, I'm game for anything
  • THURS- no Varsity practice, I have to supervise the MS cheerleaders at another game in DC
  • FRI- the game is in Charter Oak so I won't ride the bus with you, but I promise, barring incident, I'll be there- I have to take pictures of COU for the PRESS
  • Yeehaw, no Saturday game next week!

IKM at home

Or... maybe you should just hop instead of kicking, so you ruin all the rest of Coach's pictures. THAT would be fun, huh?

This must have been the "everybody do something weird with your hands and nobody smile but Vicky" cheer.

Back after break

Holly and Elsa were sick, and Karena and Josie moved way, but Casey was finally eligible again, so he, Sam, Danielle, and Brenda did their best to show Charter Oak-Ute what spirit is all about.

Meanwhile, Cujo (Christian) was also up to his usual antics.

Sorry about that. See ya Friday if I don't see you durring the day tomorrow.
Thanks,
Coach

Talk to the HAND...

Vicki would rather just do her rebound chant without having to worry about the paparazzi.

Monday Night Basketball

Good job pointing those toes!

Laugh and the world laughs with you. Have fun, and it will be fun for the crowd. Even if they still don't cheer with you.

Reminder, game Thursday

Hey there, hope your vacation has been fun and/or relaxing- sorry to make you even have to think about going back, but school resumes on Thurs Jan 3 (a 2 day week- I agree, that's crazy)

Anyway, Thursday night's game is home and girls only. So if you'd rather just come for the varsity game and not JV, I'm okay with that, although it would really be positive to show some support for the "youngins" too once in a while.

I will trust you to fly solo because I am going to caucus. Sorry about that. I know, though that unlike our junior high squad, you are responsible and get along pretty well with each other. If you have any major injuries or emergencies, Coach Pippett is there.

Otherwise I look forward to seeing you in school.
Check the blog http://www.cheercoach.blogspot.com for updates, announcements and schedules-
or of course the school website (see below).
