Epitaph for a Cheerleader

Here lies the body of,
Ashley Renae Thompson.
Cheerleader.
Like a silent megaphone,
In the end of the second half,
My voice weak and crackling,
Body cold from the cold fall wind,
Score tied from beginning to the end,
One last play to make and to win the game,
The crowd waiting for us to start.
A final cheer is all I have left.
February 25, 1994-Unknown.

I compared myself to a cheerleader because I have been known to be cheerleader, and I like it.  I have always enjoyed supporting people.  You are always fun, and energetic.  I compared myself to a microphone, my voice, and body because they are main parts of being a cheerleader.
